DMCA Policy
Tedesco Gesundheitszustand Aktuell ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to report alleged copyright infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications if their material has been removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on a copyright owner's behalf and believe that any content hosted on our website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA infringement notice to our Designated Agent. To be effective, your notice must be in writing and include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL(s) where the material can be found).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on Tedesco Gesundheitszustand Aktuell was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent. To be effective, your counter-notification must be in writing and include the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL(s)) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
